Holistic health is about caring for the whole person — providing for your physical, mental, and spiritual needs. It's rooted in the understanding that all these aspects affect your overall health, and being unwell in one area affects the whole body. 

This journey is only yours to take and my role as a holistic practitioner is to be your guide. The skills that you will learn through working with me will not just change your physical and mental needs now but will benefit you for your whole life. This journey is not just beneficial for yourself but for all those around you. You will be given the confidence to share your knowledge with others such as a spouse, children, or grandchildren which will also help them move to a free space both physically and emotionally.

We are all bio-identically diverse which means that each of our needs are different. We will look at your body systems as a whole and bring your body back into balance by encouraging nutrient-dense foods and high-quality herbs and supplements. We need to detox our body from the extreme external environments and nourish it from within. This can be done through the ionic footbath, and a frequency device, all of which I have in my practice. 

I know diagnoses can be very overwhelming. Medical and naturopathic doctors do not have the time to walk you through the diagnosis/protocol. I would like to be the practitioner that takes more time with you and helps you to navigate these muddy waters. We can review protocols and medications and ensure that you feel confident in your knowledge about both the disease and the treatment you have been given.
