Whether you are working with a practitioner who has already made suggestions or not but struggling to find creative ways to make yummy meals for you and the family, or are just looking for new ideas this is a great match.

You will receive personalized recommendations based on your unique needs, goals, and biochemistry because remember that we are all bio-chemically diverse. I will also give you resources like recipes, meal plans, and an ingredient list that you can refer to. 

Supplement protocol 

High-quality supplements are an essential tool that aids the body in repairing and rebalancing. Strategic, intentional supplementations, specifically designed for you, are essential to move your body into a healing state, provide additional support and fill any nutritional gaps (because we all have them). 

Lifestyle Coaching

Lifestyle is a major contributor to our health and well-being. We will assess your stress, sleep, and movement along with environmental factors that could be altering your internal terrain. 


We will explore practices to support your nervous system, gut health, and hormones. We will develop a toolkit and plan to decrease your toxic load through detoxification, exercises, and modalities.
